What shipping options are there?

With us you can choose between standard shipping and express shipping.

Standard shipping is free of charge and we will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in the order overview and in your order confirmation email - however, this time may vary depending on the items selected and the shipping method. You can choose express shipping when completing your order for 7.90 Select €. Your package will arrive within 1-2 working days.

Delivery always takes place from Monday to Saturday with our shipping partners DHL and Hermes.

When you complete your order, we will show you how long your package is expected to arrive.

Contactless delivery

Our shipping partners DHL, Hermes, DPD and GLS offer you contactless delivery. You will always receive a package announcement message from them. For example, you can choose a desired delivery location on your doorstep.

Delivery times Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 8 - 16 days, for deliveries abroad within 16 - 30 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).Please note , that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
